Terry L. Van Kirk, 67, of Sparta, WI, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Mulder Nursing Facility, West Salem, WI. Terry was born August 25, 1956, to Kenneth and Carol Van Kirk, in Sparta, WI.
Terry was the second of six children. He worked for several years at Fort McCoy in the kitchen facilities. Terry enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved to help others and especially loved being the “fix it” guy for whoever needed help with something.
Terry is survived by his siblings, Brad Van Kirk of Sparta, Sandi (Greg) Kayala of Sparta, Karen Van Kirk of Lake Wales, FL; special nieces and nephews, David (LeChelle) Van Kirk, Brandon, Justin, and Zachary Kayala, and Keegan (Jonah) Arnold; along with aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Carol; also his brothers, Kenneth Jr. and Randy Van Kirk.
Terry’s family is planning a burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. A Celebration of Life will follow in the Angelo Townhall.
