TOMAH - Randy M. Moore, 58, of Tomah, died on December 3, 2021, after a short courageous battle with cancer. Randy was born on September 3, 1963, to Bruce and Janice (Gorman) Moore in Viroqua, Wisconsin.

At a young age, Randy started driving semi-trucks for his father’s fleet. Randy continued to drive semi and eventually started working for California Overland in Wabasha, Minnesota, where he stayed for the rest of his professional career.

On September 3, 2005, Randy happily wed Ann M. Abbott. Randy was also blessed with Ann’s 3 children; he became the father they never knew they needed. When Randy wasn’t on the road for work, he could often be found spending time with his beloved family and close friends. From taking trips with his wife or friends to places such as Sturgis; Milwaukee; Sturgeon Bay; and the Harley Davidson Museum, to taking his daughters on the road with him, family was always a priority for Randy. Being described as young at heart by most, Randy also had a love for motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, four wheeling, and football, specifically the Green Bay Packers. Randy will be remembered for his goofy and loving nature and good heart.

Randy is survived by his wife Ann Moore; mother Janice Timmons, his Mother-in-law June Abbott; his children Bryan (Marney) Moore of Wausau, Ryan Moore of Richland Center, Kayla Marnach of La Crosse, Natasha Marnach of Pensacola, FL, Vincent Abbott of Tomah; his two granddaughters Malia and Hailey Moore; his brother Robert (Julie) Moore of Des Moines, IA; brothers-in-law Wayne Abbott of Tomah, David Abbott of Tomah, Brian Abbott of Sparta, James Abbott of La Crosse; his close friends Steve Gerht, John Bowenbrazell, and Dave Stokes and his family.

Randy is preceded in death by his father Bruce Moore, his stepfather William “Bill” Timmons, his father-in-law Lazerus “Bill” Abbott, and a brother-in-law William Abbott.

A Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 12, 2021, at 3:00 P.M at the Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home.
