SPARTA-Suzi Beth Perron age 65 died May 12, 2024, in her home surrounded by loved ones. Suzi was born April 30, 1959, to Richard and Eunice (Karbon) Vaughan in Manitowoc WI. She was the third of seven kids.
Suzi grew up in Fond du lac, WI where she met and married Michael Perron in July of 1988. Suzi and Mike had two sons, Joshua and Brandon. She worked many jobs, most of which were for the federal government at Fort McCoy, WI. Her most impactful job was working for the Sparta Area School District as a teacher’s aide. This is where she connected with so many people in the community from kids to adults, most of which still remember her to this day.
Suzi’s hobbies were spending time with her grandkids. Anything they did, such as sports and hobbies, she was there cheering them on. It didn’t matter how loud the gym, arena, or rink was, you would hear Suzi over the noise. She had a passion and a purpose to support her kids, grandkids, and any others that she adopted as her own. She had a big heart and was willing to give it to as many as would take a piece.
Suzi is survived by her two sons, Josh Perron of Stevens Point and Brandon (Jade) Perron of Sparta; grandkids, Jaelyn, Caleah, Liam, Harper, and Eliana; brothers, Gary (Sharon) Vaughn of Kimberly and Gordy (Julie) Vaughan of Fond Du Lac; sisters, Holly Vaughan of Wausau, Vernali (John) Vaughan of Appleton, Jeni Vaughan of Appleton, and Jami Vaughan of Rhinelander; as well as many nieces and nephews spanning many generations.
She was preceded in death by her father Richard Vaughan and mother Eunice (Karbon) Vaughan.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 from 4-6pm at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta. Burial to be done at a later date. Online condolences may be offered at www.schanhoferfh.com
