Three-year-old Hope Foucault, daughter of David Foucault of Black River Falls, showed off her moves Saturday at the Fall Fest in downtown Sparta. Hope was shakin’ it to the Reggae stylings of “Tugg”, a four-piece band from La Crosse that performed on Water Street for the event.
