TOMAH - Sandra Kaye Zebell died on January 31, 2024, at Tomah Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on March 2, 1954, to Christie Sanders and Jewel Miller in Sparta, WI. She met the lover of her life, Eugene Zebell Sr. and they were married on March 4, 1972. Together they had three children, Eugene Jr., Gini, and Christine.
Sandra loved to spend time with her family, listening to music, especially Elvis, and shopping for new clothes.
Sandra is survived by her ex-husband, Eugene, her two daughters, Christine (Jerry) of Sparta, Gini (Scott) of Colorado, nine grandchildren, Zach (Kaila), Gage, Jose, Josiah, Adriana, Alana, Christian, Jaxon, and Jonas, eight great-grandchildren, Breckin, Hallie, Aiden, Braydin, Bria, Brody, Brooklynn, and Zachary Jr., two sisters, Wanda, and Joan, and one brother James.
She was preceded in death by her father, Christie, mother Jewel, son, Eugene Jr., one sister Jane and brother-in-law James.
Sandra’s family would like to thank Tomah Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center for the care she received the short time she was there.
A celebration of life will be held at Sparta Lofts Community Hall on February 6, 2024, from 12-4p.
