Patrick Cherf, 88, of Costa Mesa California / Sparta passed away October 16th, 2024. Pat was a 1954 graduate of Sparta High School. He married his high school sweetheart, Phyllis Habhegger in 1955 and they were married 65 years.
Pat was a general contractor and had just retired two years ago in the dismay of his many satisfied customers who valued his work.
Pat is survived by his son Robert (Marie), daughter Tina (Mitch) Jones, and many grandchilren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis, son Mark, brother Tom, and sister Punky/Frank Orrico. His funeral will be November 25th in California.
