Authorities are investigating after screws were intentionally placed on roads in the Tomah area, damaging vehicle tires, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Capt. Jeff Spencer said the sheriff’s office began receiving complaints Tuesday, Sept. 2. A post the following day on the department’s Facebook page alerted the public and asked for information.
