Lowell M Steyer, age 80, of Arizona, passed away on January 1, 2025 at the V.A. Hospital in Tomah, Wisconsin.
Lowell was born on October 1, 1944 in Bowman, North Dakota. He attended school in Leon and Sparta High School. He joined the navy and retired January of 1992.
Lowell has 1 son, 3 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
A private memorial service is to be held at a later date. He will be missed.
