John L Dechant, age 82 of Sparta, passed away on December 6, 2024. He was born on April 16, 1942 to Louis and Annie (McCoy) Dechant. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Koehn, Barb (Bill) Buelow, Julie (Mel) Jensen, Sally (Rich) Puent; Dawn (Jeff) Bernamann, and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private and at a later date.
