SPARTA - Irene C. Aspeslet, 83, of Sparta, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital in Sparta, escaping the pain of a recent cancer diagnosis.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, with Father Eric Berns officiating. Burial will be at a later date where she will rest eternally near her beloved Norm in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Harvard, IL.
Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10 AM until 11 AM on Saturday at the funeral home and a social gathering immediately following the service at the American Legion in Sparta.
