Ice Cream Man Fred Green Proposes Official Trail for Downtown Sparta

Avid local cyclist Fred Green, owner of Sparta Ice Cream Co. and civic volunteer, seeks to officially designate one of his favorite bike routes, which runs through a chain of scenic parks, bridges, and waters as well as downtown Sparta, as the Sparta Downtown River Trail.
