Benjamin, 81 of Warrens, died peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, November 23, 2023.  He was born on December 3, 1941, to Winton and Frieda (Rudoll) Benjamin in Tomah.  He was a member of the Tomah High School Graduating Class of 1960.  Shortly after graduation, Gary married his high school sweetheart, Linda Lee Harris on September 30, 1961, at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, Indian Creek.    He was a faithful and devoted lifetime member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, an avid Green Bay Packers Fan and Corvette enthusiast who had the heart and foot of a NASCAR driver. In his spare time, he enjoyed creating a beautiful garden in his yard with Linda, hunting, riding motorcycle and snowmobiling. Gary and Linda were founding members of the Warrens Trail Twisters Snowmobiling Club, where he kept the trails groomed for riders to enjoy for many years.  He was also a proud lifetime member of the NRA. Spending time with his family and friends was the greatest joy of his life.  Hosting the family events, especially the family reunions, were very special times of the year, regardless of the weather.
