Darrel Koopman of Edwardsburg, Michigan and formally of Sparta, WI passed away May 9, 2025.
He is survived by two children; Betty (Todd) Koopman and David (Tracy) Koopman; 18 grandchildren and great grandchildren; 1 sister Pauline (David) Kolbo; Two nephews & 1 niece.
He was preceded in death by his parents Lucile and Victor Axelsen, two sons Hilman and Victor Koopman, one grandson Mathew and 1 nephew Shawn Kalbo; Three brothers, John Chandler, Phillip & Steven Axelsen.
A celebration of life will be held June 28, 2025, from noon to 5 p.m. at 18098 Ideal Road, Sparta, WI with a Military burial at 4:30 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery.
