The south side of Tomah will rattle loose this weekend as drivers push their vehicles to the limit at the 2026 Budweiser Dairyland Super National Truck and Tractor Pull held in Recreation Park June 25-27.
The annual event, now entering its 51st year, is expected to draw tens of thousands of fans from across Wisconsin and beyond for three days of competition featuring some of the nation's top truck-and-tractor-pulling competitors.
Sanctioned by the National Tractor Pullers Association, the event has become one of the premier stops on the pulling circuit. Organizers say people from across the United States and Canada will battle for Super National titles on two pull tracks during the event.
The action begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 25, with Kwik Trip Fan Appreciation Night featuring Modified, Modified Mini, Limited Pro Stock, Super Stock Open, and Two-Wheel Drive classes. Friday includes both afternoon and evening sessions, highlighted by a "Salute to the Military" motorcycle parade before the 7 p.m. show. Saturday's schedule concludes with a "Salute to the American Farmer" parade before the final evening session.
Expect a wide range of competition classes throughout the weekend, including Super Farm tractors, Pro Stocks, Light Pro Stocks, Super Semis, Unlimited Modifieds, and diesel-powered machines capable of producing thousands of horsepower.
Beyond the competition, the event offers camping, food vendors, commercial exhibits, and access to the pit area, creating a festival atmosphere that has helped make the pull a summertime tradition in Monroe County. Organizers estimate the event attracts between 60,000 and 70,000 spectators annually, providing a significant economic boost to Tomah and surrounding communities.
Advance tickets are available online, with discounted pricing offered before the event. Children aged 7 and younger are admitted free. All events will take place at Recreation Park, located at 1625 Butts Avenue in Tomah.
For many pulling enthusiasts, the Budweiser Dairyland Super National is more than a sporting event—it's a Wisconsin summer tradition where motorsports and community come together for a weekend of horsepower, bragging rights, enjoyment, and pride.
