SPARTA - Wert Eugene Harlan “Gene,” 78, of Sparta, WI, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Sparta.  

   A private family memorial service is being planned at this time.

   Burial will be back in Dayton, OH, at a later date.
