Missing 50-year-old Tomah Woman

The Ho-Chunk Nation Police Department is handling a case for a missing 50-year-old woman who has not been seen since December 29th, when she returned home to Tomah. Her name is Felicia Helgeson (Wanna).

In information obtained by the Herald, Helgeson is believed to be in the La Crosse area. There has been no contact as of press time between any police department and Helgeson.

Helgeson is believed to be in a 2016 white Toyota Rav4, license plate number ADE-3056. She has “Mark” tattooed on her wrist and “Eric” tattooed on her back. She is 5’ 4” and approximate weight of 190lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

Felicia has a history of mental health concerns and is considered to be endangered and possibly in crisis.

The Ho-Chunk Police Department is being assisted by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and the City of La Crosse Police Department, and a statewide attempt to locate for law enforcement has been entered into the
NCIC database for Felicia’s safety.
