Holmen volleyball clinches share of MVC title with sweep of Sparta

Holmen shut Sparta out in three sets (25-22, 25-13, 25-17) to clinch a share of the MVC title in a conference matchup Tuesday, October 5.

The Lady Spartans had 25 digging errors in the match. With all the bad from the match, there was some good to come out of it. Junior Josie Edwards recorded 2 of the 5 total blocks the Spartans had in the match. Juniors Kayla Fabry and Anna Blaha both shared the team lead in kills with 7 each.
