SPARTA - Billy (Bill) Joe Madison, 70, of Sparta, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at his home in Sparta, WI.  He was born on April 9, 1951, in Sparta to James D. Madison and Vernietta (Samson) Kobernick.

   There will be no service at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
